Tummy Time... some littles love it but a large amount seem to strongly dislike it.
Whilst your baby is awake and playing it’s so important to pop them onto their tummies just for a few minutes every day, it’s great for their development!
Tummy time, strengthens baby's head, neck, and upper body muscles as well as helps to build the strength and coordination needed for rolling over, crawling, reaching, and playing.
In terms of sleep, your little one should always be placed on their back, to help baby sleep.
When they are able to roll from front to back and vice versa, you can leave them to find their own comfortable position.
